About Choux Dang
Hi, I’m Aubrey Patrick – a Hendersonville native, carpenter, pastry chef, model, and mama of two. I started working at a local bakery when I was 15 and then went on to culinary and baking school. I have worked in the industry for over 20 years now and I'm very excited to share my love of cooking and baking in my own way. I have a vision to create food that is wholesome, delicious, and delightful. I am passionate about using local nutritious ingredients and showcasing what our area has to offer.
I created Choux Dang to help others expand what’s possible to consume outside of traditional eating spaces. Whether it's an open house, picnic, elopement, or small gathering we can add something beautiful and delicious. Together, let’s create an experience of enjoyment.
